- Usage Data: Anonymous data about how you use our site (via Microsoft Clarity) — pages visited, clicks, and interactions.
- Device Info: Browser type, device, and operating system.
- Cookies: Small files to keep you logged in and remember your preferences.

4Photo Frame Privacy
Creating frames? Your photos stay on your device
When you use Photo Frame to create and download frames, everything happens right in your browser. Your photos never leave your device — we don't upload, store, or even see them.
Ordering physical prints? Here's how we handle your photo:
- Your photo is uploaded securely using encryption
- We use it only to print and deliver your order
- We don't share it with anyone except our printing partner, who follows the same privacy standards
- Once your order is complete, you can request deletion anytime
Want your photo removed after delivery? Email us at hello@hdpick.com and we'll delete it promptly.
5Nōmë (Drawing to 3D) Privacy
When you create a Nōmë, your uploaded drawings are stored on our servers to process your order. Here's what happens:
- During Production: Your drawings are stored securely while we create your 3D model
- After Delivery: We retain order records for customer service and legal compliance
- Your Control: You can request deletion of your drawings anytime by emailing us
6Data Retention & Deletion
- Retention: We keep your data only as long as needed to provide our services or as required by law.
- Deletion: You can delete your account and all personal data anytime from your "My Profile" page.

8Singapore Privacy (PDPA)
HDPick is based in Singapore and complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Under PDPA, you have the right to:

- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
- Withdrawal: Withdraw consent for data collection (this may affect our ability to provide services)

We take security seriously. Your data is protected with industry-standard encryption, secure authentication, and regular security reviews. We never store passwords — authentication is handled securely through Google and Magic Link.
12Age Requirement
You must be at least 16 years old to use HDPick
We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If we learn we have, we'll delete it promptly.
13Policy Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top. For significant changes, we'll notify you via email or a notice on our site.
