When you use Forge Studio to create 3D models:

What we collect

• Text prompts: Your text descriptions are stored with your generation record so you can revisit and reuse them.
• Reference images: If you use Image-to-3D, your uploaded photos are stored securely in our cloud storage.
• Generated models: Your 3D models (GLB, OBJ, FBX, STL) and thumbnails are stored so you can download them later.
• Credit transactions: We keep a record of credit purchases, usage, and refunds for billing and support.

AI processing and your data

• Your prompts and reference images are sent to a trusted third-party AI service solely for the purpose of generating your 3D model.
• We do not use your images, models, or prompts to train any AI model. Your content is yours — it is processed only to fulfil your request and is never used for machine learning or model improvement.
• All generated models and uploaded images are stored on our own servers so you can access, download, and manage them at any time.
• You can delete your models, prompts, and uploaded images at any time from your account or by contacting us.

Data retention

• Generated models are stored as long as your account is active.
• Reference images may be deleted after generation is complete.
• You can request deletion of your generation history and models by emailing hello@hdpick.com

7 Data Retention & Deletion

• Retention: We keep your data only as long as needed to provide our services or as required by law.
• Deletion:You can delete your account and all personal data anytime from your "My Profile" page.
