Welcome to HDPick! By using our website and services, you agree to these terms. We've tried to keep things clear and straightforward — if anything doesn't make sense, just ask us.
1What We Offer
HDPick is an e-commerce platform for custom photo products based in Singapore. We help you create beautiful photo frames with EXIF metadata overlays and transform drawings into 3D printed keepsakes called Nōmë (No Other Like Me).
Nōmë™ is a trademark of HDPick, pending registration in Singapore.
2Who Can Use HDPick
You must be at least 16 years old to use HDPick
- By creating an account, you confirm you're at least 16 years old
- If you're under 18, you need your parent's or guardian's permission
- Parents: If you believe your child under 16 has an account, please contact us at hello@hdpick.com
3Your Account
- Registration: Some features require an account. Please use accurate information when signing up.
- Security: Keep your login credentials safe — you're responsible for activity on your account.
- Deletion: You can delete your account anytime from your profile settings.
4Products & Orders
Photo Frame
- Everything happens in your browser — your photos never leave your device
- Download your frames for personal use
Nōmë (Drawing to 3D)
- Upload your drawing and we'll transform it into a 3D printed keepsake
- Crafted with care — typically ships within 5-7 business days
- You'll get a preview to approve before we start printing
5Payments & Refunds
Pricing & Payments
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
- Photo Frame: The tool is free to use. You only pay if you order physical prints or the world map overlay.
- Shipping: We currently ship within Singapore only. Free shipping on all orders.
Revisions & Satisfaction
- Nōmë Orders: We offer reasonable revisions to ensure you're happy with your 3D model before printing. We ask that you work with us constructively — excessive or unreasonable revision requests may be declined.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us with photos within 7 days. We'll review and offer a replacement or refund.

6Intellectual Property
Our Stuff
Our tools, designs, logos (including Nōmë™), and code are protected by copyright and trademark. Please don't copy or redistribute them.
Your Stuff
Your photos and drawings stay yours. By uploading, you give us permission to process your orders and confirm you have the right to use that content.
Your Responsibility: You must own or have proper rights to any images or drawings you upload. Don't upload copyrighted characters, trademarked logos, or content you don't have permission to use. We're not responsible for IP infringement in content you provide.
7Usage Rights
- Personal Use: Products you create are for personal, non-commercial use
- Commercial Use: Want to use HDPick for business? Contact us to discuss licensing

9Prohibited Conduct
Please don't:
- Use our service for anything illegal
- Upload malicious code or content
- Try to break or interfere with our service
- Scrape our website without permission
- Create multiple accounts to bypass limits
- Share your account with others
Content We May Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse any order containing content that is offensive, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, promotes illegal activities, or infringes on intellectual property rights. If we decline your order, we'll issue a full refund.
10Disclaimer of Warranties
We work hard to keep HDPick running smoothly, but we provide it "as is" without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do our best, but technology can be unpredictable.
11Limitation of Liability
HDPick won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
12Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. For significant changes, we'll notify you on our site or by email. Continuing to use HDPick after changes means you accept the updated terms.
13Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
