HDPick is an e-commerce platform for custom photo products based in Singapore. We help you create beautiful photo frames with EXIF metadata overlays and transform drawings into 3D printed keepsakes called Nōmë (No Other Like Me).
Nōmë™ is a trademark of HDPick, pending registration in Singapore.

Our tools, designs, logos (including Nōmë™), and code are protected by copyright and trademark. Please don't copy or redistribute them.
Your Stuff
Your photos and drawings stay yours. By uploading, you give us permission to process your orders and confirm you have the right to use that content.
Your Responsibility:You must own or have proper rights to any images or drawings you upload. Don't upload copyrighted characters, trademarked logos, or content you don't have permission to use. We're not responsible for IP infringement in content you provide.

Content We May Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse any order containing content that is offensive, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, promotes illegal activities, or infringes on intellectual property rights. If we decline your order, we'll issue a full refund.
We work hard to keep HDPick running smoothly, but we provide it "as is" without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do our best, but technology can be unpredictable.
HDPick won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
We may update these terms occasionally. For significant changes, we'll notify you on our site or by email. Continuing to use HDPick after changes means you accept the updated terms.
